Terms of Service
Last updated June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your use of Scafflow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Scafflow.
The service
Scafflow is a guided workflow that helps you plan and organize the steps of starting and growing a business — with checklists, guides, templates, worksheets, a financial model, and AI-assisted suggestions. Scafflow is a planning and organization tool; it does not file paperwork, provide professional services, or act on your behalf.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 16 years old to use Scafflow.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading malicious content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to harm others.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Scafflow offers a free trial. When the trial ends, continued access to paid features requires a subscription.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Prices and plan features may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
- Additional seats for teammates may incur additional charges as described at purchase.
Not professional advice
Scafflow does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Our guides, recommendations, benchmarks, and AI-generated suggestions are for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information and files you put into Scafflow. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you (including sending relevant inputs to our AI provider when you use AI features).
Third-party tools
Scafflow may recommend or link to third-party tools and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scafflow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Scafflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@tryscafflow.com.
